FLEUR DE LUXURY — DELIVERY POLICY

Fleur de Luxury is an online-only business and does not operate a public walk-in retail storefront. This Delivery Policy explains how deliveries work, including service areas, fees, delivery windows, and Same Day Delivery. DELIVERY METHOD
We do not ship flowers in closed boxes by mail, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers, and we do not ship internationally. Fresh flowers and plants require ventilation and careful handling. Orders are delivered by our in-house delivery team within eligible delivery areas verified at checkout, or by a third-party courier when a special courier delivery is requested and accepted.
DELIVERY AREAS & ZIP CODE VERIFICATION
We use a zip code verification system at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your area. If your zip code is verified at checkout, delivery may be available for the applicable delivery fee. Delivery requests outside our verified delivery areas may be eligible for a special courier service, subject to our capacity and scheduling. We may accept or decline special courier requests based on workload and logistics on the requested date.
DELIVERY FEES (STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY)
Standard local delivery pricing (within verified delivery areas) is: $12 for the first arrangement, plus $5 for each additional arrangement delivered to the same address in the same trip. This standard pricing applies to deliveries that do not require on-site setup, staging, styling, venue coordination, or specialized handling. Deliveries requiring an on-site florist or special attention are quoted per request; delivery/service charges commonly range from 10% to 15% of gross sales (or as quoted) when additional staff or specialized services are required.
SPECIAL COURIER SERVICE (THIRD-PARTY)
When a special courier service is used, the courier fee is priced per delivery and may vary by distance, timing, and order size/quantity (often $30–$90+ for 1–2 arrangements). Third-party couriers are independent providers; although we may coordinate on your behalf, we do not control their operations and are not responsible for delays or issues caused solely by the third-party courier, except to the extent required by law. By selecting or requesting a special courier option, you authorize us to share necessary delivery information with that courier to complete delivery.
DELIVERY WINDOWS, HOLIDAYS & HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS
Our typical delivery window is 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, unless a different window is offered at checkout or confirmed by us in writing. During Holidays and high-demand periods, we may limit delivery options and may offer “Full-Day Delivery” only, meaning delivery will occur within the holiday business hours stated at checkout/confirmation (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or another posted/confirmed holiday window). During Holidays/high-demand periods, we may limit, suspend, or disable certain delivery options (including Same Day Delivery and timed windows) at any time to ensure overall delivery success and service quality.
SAME DAY DELIVERY (CUT-OFF TIME & AVAILABILITY)
“Same Day Delivery” means an order placed, paid, accepted, and prepared for delivery on the same calendar day. To qualify, the order must be placed before 10:00 a.m. local time and is subject to: (i) inventory availability, (ii) design complexity and preparation time, and (iii) daily order volume and delivery capacity. Selecting Same Day Delivery at checkout does not automatically guarantee availability. Same Day Delivery is confirmed only when Fleur de Luxury accepts and confirms the order for that date.
RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE, SAFE DROP-OFF & PROOF OF DELIVERY
If the recipient is unavailable, you authorize us (when reasonably safe and appropriate) to leave the order with a doorman/front desk, coworker, manager, or neighbor, or to leave it at the door or another reasonably safe location. Proof of delivery may include a delivery photo, GPS timestamp, delivery notes, or other reasonable evidence. Once delivered to the address provided (or an authorized receiving party at that location), the order is considered completed.
HOTEL & HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
For hotels, you must provide the guest’s full name as registered with the hotel and the room number (if allowed), and verify the guest will be present on the delivery date. For hospitals, you must provide the patient’s name, room number, and any required facility details (including maternity information if applicable). Many facilities deliver to a front desk or receiving area and may restrict room delivery. If required information is missing or the facility refuses acceptance, we cannot guarantee delivery.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
No deliveries to P.O. Boxes, airports, or rural/remote areas where access is limited or unsafe. We do not ship internationally.
